Order cancellations

To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kanadise.com.

We will try to cancel the order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is being prepared or has been handed over to the carrier. An order that has already shipped must follow our return procedure.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received and, whenever possible, in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.

To start a return, email us at info@kanadise.com. Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.

For every approved return within Canada:

• Kanadise provides a prepaid return label;
• no restocking fee is charged; and
• return instructions are sent by email.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If an item is damaged, defective or different from the item ordered, contact us promptly at info@kanadise.com. Include your order number and photos whenever possible.

After reviewing the issue, we will offer a replacement, exchange or refund, depending on the circumstances. Kanadise covers return shipping costs when an item is damaged, defective or sent in error.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. To request an exchange, email us at info@kanadise.com. If the requested item is no longer available, we may offer a refund.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to the payment method used for the order. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except when the error was made by Kanadise or when required by applicable law.
